Purple

The I ♥ Faces challenge this week is purple. Megan loves purple, so she readily agreed to put on her new dress and pose for me. Even the rubber bands around her braces are purple!
I have been learning so much about photography from the other participants and contributors at I ♥ Faces. Photography has been such a wonderful outlet for me lately, and I was surprised to find so many wonderful photographers out there who delight in sharing their craft to help others improve.

Cute photo! I love the attention to detail in the rubber bands. I had braces for 3 years in my 40's. I tried the colored bands only once! :-)

What a beautiful purple portrait! I love that SHE loves letting you take her picture; in years to come, that will always means so much. You can tell her that purple is definitely her color!
