Sudafed is keeping me up late tonight. I'll have to take a sick day tomorrow as my asthma got triggered pretty violently on Saturday.
At first glance the song "'Tis the Last Rose of Summer" came to my mind as well. I can't help it, some things just bring out the songs in me! I especially like the way Celtic Woman sing that with "Walking in the Air" So light, so breathy, so full of life - just like the photo.
Love the pink and green. I know I have said it before and I will say it again they are my absolute favorites colors. I guess that is why I carried pink sweet heart roses in my wedding bouquet.

I could be accused of anthropormorphizing but I love the wide-eyed innocence of this Titmouse, its black feet clinging to the iron. A lesson in living in the moment.
It looks like a fairy rose. I have 3 pink bushes that I planted. I love them because they bloom all summer and are even blooming now. In fact these roses dry very well. The pink and green colors are very lovely. The bud just beginning to open evokes hope.
