Spring

I spent much of the week inside with my youngest son who was battling a stomach virus.  (I don’t think any of the kids have ever missed an entire week of school for illness before.  Nasty stuff!)  Yesterday afternoon, he was feeling a bit better and the sun was shining, so I suggested we get a little fresh air.  How nice it is to see green again after such a long, snowy winter! And the flowering shrubs and trees are loaded with buds like these.  Ahh, spring!
