Fawns

“Our” doe is bringing this year’s fawns through the backyard regularly now.  I happened to see them again on Monday while I was sitting in our sunroom.  twin deer fawnsI did not want to disturb them so I could watch as long as possible.  But, unhappy with the screens preventing clear photos, I decided to try to quietly sneak out onto the deck.  It worked!

Wonderful creatures. I'd love visitors like that.
Wow, you sure got some great shots! I'm glad it worked to go outside. I start out through windows a lot, too, and then go out, and inch closer and closer, taking photos as I step.

Such wonderful photos! If we had deer trying to visit us, the dogs would drive them away, so I always enjoy the photos other people can capture!
